Integrating DeskCamera with TVT NVR (ED NVR / Easterncctv NVR)

Use this article to add DeskCamera to a TVT NVR (the recording system), also sold as ED NVR and Easterncctv NVR. The TVT NVR connects by RTSP: add each stream by its RTSP URL (the direct address of one stream).

Before you start, in DeskCamera

  1. Check that Camera Settings shows Started Cameras (1) or more. If it shows Offline, click Start.

  2. Write down the Camera Address (the IP address and port) and the ONVIF User and password. Click the eye button to see the password.

  3. To add one stream by its RTSP URL, copy the URL in Camera details. See Copy the Direct RTSP URL of a Stream.
