Video from WebCam is not coming

- Validate if the video from the Screen source works correctly
- Validate the webcam works in another software (i.e standard "Camera" application, Skype, etc)
- Ensure the Webcam is not being used by another app in parallel with DeskCamera . Windows allows only single connection to webcams, all another applications should be disconnected from webcam before using DeskCamera
- Validate the video from webcam is displayed if push "Test" button on "Video & Audio Settings" tab
- Switch to "DirectShow" mode in "Video & Audio Settings" tab and validate the video by "Test" button
- Try another Webcam
- Contact DeskCamera support or create a helpdesk ticket if nothing above helps
