Open DeskCamera browser management on the DeskCamera PC

2) Open DeskCamera.
3) Click Configure in Browser. This opens DeskCamera browser management on the same PC.
If the browser opens an address like http://127.0.0.1:5099, that is normal. This address works only on the DeskCamera PC. Do not use it from another computer.

2) Click Settings in the top-right corner.
3) Open Network access.
4) Look under From another device, open:.
5) Copy one of the addresses shown there. These are the addresses meant for another computer on the network.
The address may use the PC name or an IP address. For example:
https://192.168.1.25:5443/
Your address will be different. Use the full address shown by your DeskCamera, including https:// and the port number after the colon.

If the page still does not open
- Make sure DeskCamera is running on the PC you want to manage.
- Make sure both computers are on the same local network or trusted VPN.
- If the PC name address does not open, try the IP address shown in Network access.
- If the DeskCamera PC has VPN or virtual network adapters, use the address for the network that the other computer can reach.
- Check that Windows Firewall or another security product is not blocking DeskCamera browser access.
- Update DeskCamera to a newer version if the page opens but the camera is missing right after install or upgrade.
