Fix Blinking Streams or Mixed Frames

Use this article if one stream briefly appears inside another stream, or if streams blink when several streams are running.
What you see
The picture of one stream appears for a moment inside another, or streams blink.
What to do
- Update DeskCamera to a newer version.
- Update the graphics driver from the PC or GPU manufacturer.
- Select the preferred GPU adapter for DeskCamera.
- Click Stop.
- In Video & Audio Settings, turn off the Enable switch of every source except one.
- Click Start and watch the stream.
- Turn on the other sources one at a time. Click Stop before each change and Start after it.
- If the problem starts only after adding more streams, reduce FPS or resolution for the streams.
If it still does not work
Collect DeskCamera log files and contact support. Include how many streams are running and which video sources are used.
