Stream a Screen area (Crop Desktop)

Starting from the version 3.2.0 DeskCamera allows to stream a particular screen area of any Desktop.
User can crop multiple areas of the same or different Desktop, specify rotation if needed, assign a Mic, etc. DeskCamera will convert each defined area to ONVIF
