Stream Static image

Starting from DeskCamera 5.5.0, a new feature has been introduced that enables users to add a static image as a media source in DeskCamera. This static image can then be streamed as an RTSP/ONVIF video feed.
This feature proves to be useful when users solely want to stream audio from DeskCamera, but their VMS/NVR lacks support for audio-only streams and mandates the presence of a video feed. With this capability, users can now create a Static Image media source and assign audio to it, avoiding the use of unsupported audio-only streams in their VMS/NVR setup.
