VMS/NVR can't detect DeskCamera or live video from DeskCamera is not coming

  • Ensure that VMS/NVR supports the ONVIF protocol and that DeskCamera is added there as the ONVIF IP camera.
  • Ensure that the network traffic between DeskCamera and VMS/NVR is not blocked. Temporarily switch off all antiviruses, firewalls and Ad-Aware software on both the DeskCamera PC and VMS PC.
  • Contact DeskCamera support or create a helpdesk ticket if nothing above helps
